Joey B is gradually transforming from a household name to a legend. His new EP titled “Darryl” (Which is his first name) seem to take a whole new wave, sound and lyrics. The EP has a cowboy or ranger theme full of wavy sounds totally different from what Ghanaians listen to mostly. ‘Ranger’ is one of the great 9 songs on the EP.
The music video directed by Prince Dovlo and Joey B himself, saw scenes of plain fields and more of a typical farming or cowboy area… It saw Joey B running freely and focused on his direction. According to the lyrics, he’s focused on what’s ahead and has no time for unnecessary obstacles.
This is a legend in a making and songs on this EP will hardly fade out. His “89” is in the pipeline as well scheduled for release soon… They will inspire generations after generations… Check out the music video below.
